About EHDP

A reliable partner for digital health projects

EHDP (European Health Data Platform GmbH) supports companies and organizations in the German healthcare market in the structured implementation of digital solutions. With the Health-X platform, extensive project experience and a deep understanding of regulatory and market requirements, we create a solid foundation for sustainable digital health initiatives.

Research Projects

Our research projects demonstrate how health data spaces and interoperable platform solutions can be implemented in practice – based on the Health-X platform as a central infrastructure for integrating research data infrastructures and citizen-centred data spaces.

EHDP’s main role is to provide the platform as a shared infrastructure across projects, rather than to act as a traditional project partner, while contributing as a partner in selected cases where appropriate.

PROJECT 01

MII-Gaia

Bridge between research data infrastructures and citizen-centered data spaces. MII-Gaia connects approaches from the Medical Informatics Initiative (MII) and the Network University Medicine (NUM) secondary data use with new concepts of citizen-centered health data spaces.

A citizen-centered health data space for healthcare, prevention and research. Health-X dataLOFT develops an open, federated platform where individuals retain access, control and sovereignty over their personal health data.

EUCIP – European Cancer Information Portal. A European cancer information platform for patients, relatives and caregivers, providing reliable, accessible and country-specific information.
